St Bart’s range of supported accommodation services covers transitional short-stay accommodation for singles and families, as well as mental health villages.

Most of these services provide 24/7 onsite support to assist residents to decide what their goals are, and what next steps are required in order to work towards these goals while on their recovery journeys.

Men’s supported housing

Future Homes is our 24/7 onsite supported short-term transitional accommodation service for single men experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Women’s supported housing

Our Women’s Service provides 24/7 onsite supported short-term transitional accommodation for up to 20 single women at any given time who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Bart’s Plus is our community-based and onsite supported accommodation service for families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Mental Health supported housing

St Bart’s provides short to medium-term accommodation for adults with persistent mental health challenges who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
