St Bart’s provides a range of services with a focus on supporting individuals experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. We do this through our supported accommodation and community based services.

We specialise in homelessness services including transitional accommodation, mental health accommodation, residential aged care for men, home care, tenancy management and other outreach services.

What you can expect

You can choose to disclose your contact details or remain anonymous if that’s your preference. If you have left your name and contact details, we’ll respond and work with you in a timely manner to investigate and address any concerns or issues raised. All suggestions will be considered and compliments will be shared with our staff. We will keep you informed of the progress of any investigations and discuss with you any redress or further resolution opportunities as required.
