About the role

The Consumer Support Lead is responsible for the oversight of consumer case management and support. The position holds a small consumer case load whilst also having supervisory responsibilities and supporting the Service Manager with day-to-day operations.

This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday based in East Perth. There will be a requirement for the successful candidate to participate in the on call roster.

Taking into consideration the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant the salary package is circa $100,000 per annum including superannuation.

About you

We are seeking someone with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or similar, together with significant relevant work experience including supervisory skills/experience and working with people impacted by homelessness, mental health and/or other personal or social challenges.

To be successful in this role, you will need well developed communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge and understanding of Wellness, Recovery and Trauma Informed principles, the ability to take initiative and problem solve and demonstrate genuineness and empathy.

The successful candidate must have or be willing to obtain a satisfactory National Police Clearance, first aid certificate and current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence.
